Weird symbols in the page after import

This issue is usually related to the import process, more exactly on SVG files that were not properly imported to your website.

It usually happens due to server security rules which see SVG files as harmful (since they contain markup code inside).

So when Elementor is trying to print their inline code, these symbols show up.

The solution:

  • Edit the page with Elementor, click on the weird symbols element, and see if the element refreshes itself properly.
  • If the solution above doesn’t work, while in Elementor, click the element and choose the SVG icon once again, eg: https://d.pr/v/y2Wn5W .

Trying these two should refresh those strange symbols.
